A little-known fact perhaps, but Walt Disney liked trains - so much so, that he built a 1/8-scale model railroad around his garden - and a barn to control it all from, which became his place to think up extraordinary ideas. Now relocated to Griffith Park, Walt's Barn is open on the third Sunday of each month, between 11am and 3pm, for guided tours of the barn's Disney and train memorabilia.
